TeachOntario

TeachOntario is a new online community created by TVO, in partnership with the Ontario Teachers' Federation (OTF), its Affiliates and the Ministry of Education (EDU), and in consultation with teachers from a variety of districts across the province. This online platform offers educators across the province the opportunity to explore curated educational resources, share knowledge amongst colleagues, and create new tech projects. By registering on TeachOntario, you can read up on the latest research and information on education in Ontario, follow other inspiring educators, write your own blog posts, upload videos and artifacts from your classroom, start a new online community based on subject matter, grade or interest, and share and exchange your professional knowledge. 
 
Here's how to register: 
  • Go to TeachOntario (www.tvo.org/teachontario)
  • Click on the "Register" hyperlink at the top right of the homepage
  • Enter your board email and click on "confirm address" to activate your account
  • Once your account is activated, read the helpful Getting Started Guide to explore, share and create!
