Janet Murphy
Director of the Advanced Broadband Enabled Learning (ABEL) program for York University’s Office of the Vice President Research and Innovation and the York Region District School Board in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She provides leadership in the implementation of new models of teaching and learning that leverage information communications technology. This includes learning programs for classrooms and virtual schooling, and providing online and blended professional and leadership development programs for teachers, faculty and the community. She also coordinates innovative projects with other school districts, colleges and universities across Canada and internationally.
